5. We reserve the right to delete any account with out cause or notification.
6. You agree to receive emails from MAX TRAFFIC 4 U .
7. You may only open the view bar in one window on one computer at a time.
8. Do not spam in any way. If you are caught spamming your account will be terminated
immediately and you will be charged a $100 administration fee and any other legal fees that may occur.
9. We will notify you if we change the terms & conditions.
10. You may only sign up for one account, also, if any member is caught breaking the terms & conditions
their account will be deleted. All credits and referrals that they may have will be forfeited.
11. If you submit a site that breaks our rules you will lose all credits in your account.

12. If you are deleted you will not be eligable to sign up for a new account.

13. If you are caught trying to cheat the system your account will be terminated immediatly and
will be charged for any credits that you have stolen plus a $100 administration fee and any other fees for legal action.

14. If any member causes any harm or damage or is responsible for MAX TRAFFIC 4 U being shut down for any reason you will be charged a $100 administration fee plus any fees involved in getting MAX TRAFFIC 4 U up and running again and any legal fees that might accure.
